Verification Governance Policy

Luminex provides a structured verification channel for enterprise due diligence, partner onboarding, and identity endorsement requests. This policy explains accepted scope, required materials, and response standards.

1. Accepted Request Types

  • Enterprise due diligence and credential validation requests.
  • Partner, bank, or auditor requests for company and personnel status confirmation.
  • Authorized legal inquiries with valid scope and supporting documents.

2. Required Submission Materials

  • Request letter with organization identity and authorized requester details.
  • Business purpose, requested scope, and reference number (if available).
  • Supporting evidence or authorization files (NDA, contract reference, etc.).

3. Processing SLA

  • Initial acknowledgment: within 1 business day.
  • Completeness check: within 2 business days.
  • Written response: within 3 business days after validation.

4. Disclosure Principle

We apply a minimum-necessary and purpose-limited approach. Only approved-scope records are disclosed, and all actions are logged for internal audit traceability.
